One of the best ways I’ve found to boost your clarity and reduce stress and ADHD issues is drumming. The repetitive motion combined with visualization and deep breathing can really help you calm down and focus.
To see how it works, try this simple drumming exercise. You can drum on your legs or a table or desk, if you don’t have a drum. Hand drums work better than a drum set, since it’s quieter and you can get in the zone easier.
