Driving Away Distractions

Confused woman

Having trouble focusing and finishing things? This is a big problem for creatives but it’s affecting just about everyone during this pandemic.

So many people are popping up in my social media feeds or my email with special offers, free webinars, and training, sponsored ads, etc., etc. It’s enough to make your head spin! Then, you have your well-meaning people who have a ton of ideas for you to boost your income. Ok, so I am occasionally that person but I know when to dial it back and meet the person where they are.

You’ve probably heard the expression, “the devil is in the details.” Well for me and just about everyone with ADHD traits, the devil is in the distractions! It doesn’t take much to throw us off track and totally down a rabbit hole.

Here’s a quick, 3-minute video that illustrates this problem and gives you some tips to drive away distractions and get back in the zone. Take a peek and tell me: What’s your one thing? Feel free to leave a comment below!

Do you or your child need help focusing or do you want a fun way to beat anxiety and stress, gain clarity and boost your mindset and your health? I’d love to help! Click this link to my calendar and snag a free, 30-minute consult!
